KKCoin would like to caution users once again: When depositing tokens, please DOUBLE CHECK AND ENSURE that the token type and addresses are used correctly (there are plenty of ERC20 tokens, and multiple tokens may share the same short-forms). If the wrong address was used for your deposits, original tokens may not be retrievable.
Users of KKCoin are responsible for verifying the deposit addresses accurately; the platform is not obliged to retrieve tokens sent to wrong addresses. We will, however, try our best to help and would appreciate your assistance on the following:
- If the wrong deposit address was used, please provide the follow: Details of occurrence, your account number, currency, address, amount, TXID (this is VERY important) and the relevant screenshots with deposit information. Additionally, if the currency you have deposited does not exist within the KKCoin platform, please provide the external address of the corresponding currency;
- In order to retrieve your coins, we may need to install and/or upgrade wallet software, import/export the relevant private keys etc. These operations require the authority of our senior managing team and need to undergo a rigorous risk and control process. There will be significant time involved and manpower costs which will be charged back to you.
- We expect such a procedure to take at least 1 month or longer. Please do not raise repeated tickets after our customer service staff registers your case. Appreciate your understanding in the meantime.
