If Users deposited cryptocurrencies into the wrong smart contract wallet/address on KKcoin：
- When user deposits into the wrong smart contract address/wallet, recovery service is generally not provided;
- In order to minimize serious losses due to such operational errors, KKcoin may help with retrieval on a best effort basis only, subject to the relevant costs. Do note that since significant manpower and labor is required to retrieve lost coins, handling fees will be charged;
- Please provide the relevant information of the situation, your registered account details, type of cryptocurrency, address, amounts, txid (extremely important) as well as a screenshot of the deposit. KKcoin will respond promptly on whether these coins can be retrieved;
- If retrieval is possible, KKcoin may be required to install/upgrade wallets, import/export private keys etc. Since these actions can only be performed by an authorized personnel under strict risk controls, the whole process may take more than 1 month. Your patience is appreciated in the meantime.
